Hello to anyone out there.....(hello.....hello....hello....)? I had to dust the cobwebs off of this site when I entered!

I hope that everyone will attend our reunion on July 16th. I'm flying down from Canada for it! This will be quite difficult for me to do, considering I have 4 sons and the 2 little boys are autistic. They won't be flying down, but my older sons will be. I have to undergo extensive staff training in order to get out of here for a few days!!! When you have special needs kids, you have to have special needs workers. It's tricky business.

ANYHOW, I really hope that everyone comes out to the reunion. Janis has gone to a lot of expense to secure a spot, as nothing much was going on with it. Let's all show up and let her know we appreciate her efforts.

Hi, everyone: No one has posted anything in a long time, so I thought I'd share a bit of Vanderburg trivia with you all. Today is my 17th anniversary! MIRACLE upon miracle! It hasn't been all roses, but it is currently. We've had our problems, but have stuck it out.

Anyway, because I've been married for 17 years it means we've been out of school nearly 20! YUP! Next year it's the big 2-0. As the subject line states.......we're gettin' freakin' old!!!!!!

OK, We are going to have a planning meeting this thursday, July 29th at the Boomerang restaurant @ Meridian and I-40. Plan to arrive between 5:30 and 6:00pm and come with any ideas you may have for the reunion. The meeting shouldn't take that long and you do not have to stay for the whole thing. We understand that people have busy schedules.

My apologies all, During May and most of June I got sidetracked with work and some other stuff. I know we have to get going on getting this reunion planned. Sooooo. I am going to start making calls to everyone that is interested in helping when I get back from out of town next week.

Some interesting news was relayed by Scott Roberts.

Texas-Pan American coach Bob Hoffman is expected to replace an OU Sooners assistant coach early next week.

Everybody give their congratulations, our own Scott Roberts will wed Diane Bianco this Saturday, in Las Vegas. I will post some pictures upon my return from the event.
